I plan to return there soon. One day was not enough for me, back then, when I took a road trip out west. We’re talking about the Earth being alive, literally. Like, a small sulfur lake that is bubbling and smells like rotten eggs. ;)

Every country has its gems..I discovered some while exploring WITH the friend I hosted over last fall – she made me see my country with v.different eyes.

It’s just really big and takes longer to find those small pieces of paradise.

Places like New Zealand has everything America has, it’s just packed into one small country, and doesn’t take as long to go and see it all.

That’s really the only difference :)

I still want to see Colorado, and also some rural landscapes in the midwest. I’m not sure when I’ll get back!
