Yesterday afternoon, as my group was heading to the Louvre Museum, we realized that we were missing one student! Therefore, my chaperone sent my group alone to see the Louvre Museum, and my chaperone went back to the train station to find the student. (We took the train to the Louvre). When my group arrived at the glass pyramid that is in front of the museum and where we get the admission tickets, there was a sign that said “CLOSED ON TUESDAY!” So now what? My group ended up just hanging out in the garden that is next to the museum until it was time to meet our chaperone at the museum entrance. Of course our chaperone came back and have not found the student. Luckily, a few minutes later, a French student’s, who came with us, cell phone rang and it was the head person of the organization, and she found the girl safe at the train station. Whew! What a crazy day, but at least we found the student safe!
