Everywhere I go, there are large crowds of people. I always felt like I squashed into a little space when I walk through the Piazza San Marco and through the narrow alleys. I hear more English than Italian. I see more Americans and other races than Italian. Just a day after I arrive in Venice, I realize that there is something big going on in Venice. There is a biennale. Biennale is a huge art show that occurs in the summer every other year. The best of the best artwork in the world are displayed in this show. I went there today and the artworks were incredible and very contemporary. Quite a few of them where very technical art such as some were films or created with light.
