Château de Chantilly

What makes Europe so special ? There are millions of fabulous castles! It’s unfortunate that there are none in US. Of course, it’s because the United States was established much later than Europe. That’s also why United States is more modern and spacious than Europe. The European history starts in 49 B.C. where as the US history starts in the 1600’s! BIG difference! I wonder if the schools in Europe can teach the students every single European history events! In US, it’s impossible! Many American students do not know that the Cold War or even the Watergate scandal has occurred!
I went to the Château de Chantilly with my host family. It’s a very beautiful castle like other castles such as Versailles and Amboise.
Next to the castle, there is a horse museum where I actually saw a horse show. Horses are really a great tool for transportation! At least three centuries ago, there were at least 3 million horses. Today, there are only 300,000! Why? People use cars today! In fact, I saw a group of polices riding on horses in the Garden Tulineries last week! Very interesting! For this reason, not a single kind of vehicle obviously can be used in the gardens! Not even a golf cart! The pollution would destroy the gardens!
