Paris obviously has some optimist for the future too. Everyday, we normally see old charming buildings that were built hundreds of years ago. However, there is ONE section of Paris that is very futuristic looking! I went to La Défense area today and it’s the MOST modern area of Paris. This whole area did remind me of Atlanta a lot because the tall glass buildings that they have. In that area, there is a HUGE mall! Yup! Malls do exist in France! I hung out in there with Christophe and two of his friends…. More details will come tomorrow as my host family is bugging me to go to bed now. –hint to what I’ll write about tomorrow- French teenagers love being Americans! Will explain that tomorrow! And also about “new verses old” in France! …AND… I will be in BAYONNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
