Not only seeing the faces of famous people on paintings is a worthwhile, but also seeing how people dressed through the history was also meaningful. I visited the Portrait Gallery, a gallery that is filled with paintings of well-known people including Queen Elizabeth I, Shakespheare, and even George Washington! As I said, I really enjoyed visiting this museum not only because it was neat to see paintings of well-known people, but also I enjoyed learning about how people dressed through the history by looking at the paintings and the year when the painting was completed. It’s amazing how fashion has come in a long way.
